Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Integrity Lead, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
Health, Safety and Environment
General:
* Support risk management for operational activities
* Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS)
* Ensure key vendors have KPIs in place.
* Participate in Regulator inspections.
* Incident investigations to support the company’s learning culture
* Ensure effective Training and Competency systems are place
* Implements and partakes in audits and safety tours offshore
* Contribute to the development and closure of Operational Risk Assessments
* Promote the industry Principles of Process Safety Leadership.
* Develop and optimise asset integrity strategies
* Support the asset’s life extension process by maintaining good fabric condition
* Work with the operations team to develop innovative cost-effective strategies for repair and fabric maintenance.
* Lead the prioritisation and planning of all anomaly and fabric maintenance scopes.
* Maintain an execution plan for all black trades and fabric maintenance work scopes.
* Set and manage budgets for anomaly and fabric maintenance activities.
* Monitoring performance and outcome of anomaly and fabric maintenance activities.
* Ensure appropriate engineering standards and management of change controls are met.
* Manage third party engineering contractors or in-house services.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager.
* Ensuring vendor equipment availability and timely offshore shipments.
* Develop and maintain metrics and systems to track KPIs for the asset.
* Develop asset integrity management processes and procedures.
* Develop and maintain metrics and systems to track KPIs for the asset
* Promote root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of integrity-related incidents or failures
* Support the development and execution of planned Shutdown work scopes
ยท Support the asset with small to medium sized project scopes of work
* Contribute to the 6 week, 90-day and 6Q integrated asset plans

Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree or Engineering Qualifications
* Ability to work in a team, competent communication and interpersonal skills and occasionally visit offshore.
* Experience of managing vendors, Fabric Maintenance teams, Inspection teams.
* Experience working in an engineering environment covering survey through engineering design, execution, into close out
