DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

As part of this project, you will be involved in design of Energy Harvesting System by using piezoelectric. The main focus is on the electronic part of the project. However, the candidate has this opportunity to get some exposure in mechanical design of the project involving some 3D printing experience.

 

DELIVERABLES

It is expected to deliver a small scale circuit diagram to capture and boost a piezoelectric array output and eventually charge a lithium battery for other applications.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

–          University Qualification: Electronic Engineer

–          Expertise required

·         Working with Microcontrollers such as Atmel, PIC and etc – Ardinuo

·         Circuit design: Analog to Digital / Lithium Battery charging methods / Switching power supply / PCB Software

–          Optional:

·         Harvesting Energy Concept

·         Piezo Electric Applications
