Position – Procurement Specialist Intern

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for purchase order (PO) processing.
  • Support purchase requests when needed.
  • Define the correct buying channel for each request; choose the best supplier in terms of price, quality and lead time.
  • Ensure that a PO is created correctly and follow up on any issues related to PO creation.
  • Create and dispatch supplier POs to supplier.
  • Support the Procurement Specialist Spot Buyer
  • Support day-to-day interactions with suppliers
  • Escalate complex issues to the Category Procurement Leader.
  • Perform problem solving for noncomplex issues with operations users.
  • Trigger catalog and buying guide updates when required.
  • Propose documentation changes and process improvements when required.
  • Track deviations and raise nonconformances.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects. 

Experience & Exposures:

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in procurement, supplier management, sourcing or equivalent.
  • Candidate should have good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

 

 

Position – Finance Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Lead with providing financial analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, including other nonfinancial metrics accounts.
  • Support day-to-day accounting requirements.
  • Help coordinate, review and distribute standard reports such as monthly financial analysis.
  • Support the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and monthly updates.
  • Be responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations.
  • Work with country finance and business partners for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Work closely with the Financial Analyst Lead and key business partners on a regional and global level.

Experience & Exposures: 

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
  • Candidate should have good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

 

 

 

Position – Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

  • Updating company databases with employee contact information and employment details.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Preparing and sending HR-related letters or emails to candidates.

Experience & Exposures:

  • Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
  • Candidate should have good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
