Job Summary




Inventory Control Supervisor Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and sustain inventory control policies and procedures
  • Conduct daily cycle counting within SAP and reconcile all discrepancies
  • Manage the physical and systematic flow of all goods in and out of the warehouse (Post PO receipt and Pre issuing to manufacturing)
  • Supervise and train a team of inventory control specialists/ storekeepers
  • Responsible for monitoring al relevant inventory metrics (Slow Moving Inventory, Scrap/Obsolescence, Return To Vendor)
  • Optimize warehouse storage capacities
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and inventory accuracy
  • Promoter and leader of the 5s and Continuous Improvement programs
  • QHSE program advocate 

Minimum Job Qualifications



  • High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
  • Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
  • Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.
  • Minimum 15 years inventory experience

The compensation and benefits for this role are listed in compliance with applicable law. We are committed to offering fair and competitive pay aligned with each candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications, within the designated salary range for the role. Please note that the listed compensation and benefits apply only to successful candidates hired onto a local United States payroll. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000 – $118,000.
