Description

If you are selected as the IT Corporate Staffs Technical Services Supervisor, you will lead technical resources that support Legal, Real Estate & Facilities, Global Security, Corporate Relations & Communications, and Government Affairs globally. You will provide strategic direction on application development, data and analytics, automation, architecture, integration, cloud operations and any other technical support needs. This team partners with the Corporate Staffs Business Partner teams to ensure secure and reliable IT operations for 150+ vended & custom applications for the corporate functions listed above. The technical team provides production support, enhancements, upgrades, new solutions, and architecture consultation on global initiatives. You will collaborate with our business functions, business analysts, and internal IT teams (primarily ADT & CDT) to successfully deliver our business’ strategic goals and promote digital initiatives.

This role can be based in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK.

Job Description

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supervise and lead a technical team that provides digital solutions and support to Legal, Real Estate & Facilities, Global Security, Corporate Relations & Communications, and Government Affairs globally
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team, including new employee onboarding, career development, and digital upskilling opportunities
  • Ensure application portfolio is adhering to CPISP policies, maintained in CMDB, and disaster recovery plans are documented
  • Provide guidance on the creation and maintenance of reliable and sustainable digital solutions including application development, data and analytics, automation, architecture, integration, cloud operations, and any other technical needs
  • Perform duties and responsibilities specific to managing team and budgets
  • Manage team activities to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and requirements are met
  • Manage risk assessments and architecture diagrams for the Corporate Staffs team
  • Serve as an escalation point to mitigate issues for the team
  • Collaborate with business partners and business leaders to prioritize solutions and support to meet business strategic goals
  • Communicate effectively on expectations, timelines, service costs, and lessons learned with digital solutions to business stakeholders
  • Partner with global counterparts to align on business objectives and dependencies
  • Implement IT strategic plan with business partners and team
  • Translate business needs into requirements to adequately provide IT resource cost and time estimation internally and externally
  • Champion change aligned with the business strategy and digital strategy
  • Prioritize current & future workload across team and corporate staffs functions
  • Provide priorities for agile team during quarterly planning by setting team objectives, prioritizing features, and identifying dependencies and risks
  • Collaborate with project teams and other IT organizations to support global initiatives such as nxtgenERP and Data Modernization projects

Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • 7 or more years of Information Technology experience
  • 3 or more years of experience leading IT projects
  • 1 or more years of experience leading people
  • 1 or more years of experience with Agile methodology

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, other related business field, other related technical field, or foreign equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience partnering with key business leaders and building strong relationships to achieve results that help drive, inspire, and influence collaboration
  • 1 or more years of experience software contract and vendor management
  • 1 or more years of experience with IT budgeting and forecasting
  • Intermediate understanding of application development, data and analytics, automation, architecture, integration, and cloud operations
  • Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel 5% of the time on a yearly basis
