The Role:


This position is committed to providing excellent service to the Land and Division Order teams by managing a large volume of work; both paper and electronic, within a designated timeline for designated assets.   


 


The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, self-direction and motivation, strong verbal/written communication skills, organization and prioritization skills, strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


 


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with Land Rental administrative duties and pulling ONRR Lab reports
  • Assist with mail outs of Land communications including Well Proposals and AFE’s (Authority for Expenditure) for partner elections
  • Update Oklahoma Corporation Commission Filing spreadsheet
  • Perform administrative tasks which may include:  filing, printing, and mailing
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Work toward continuous improvement of processes by finding efficiencies, making progress suggestions, and eliminating opportunities for error

Minimum Requirements:


  • Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Strong competency to priortize and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Must possess strong verbal, teamwork and organization skills
