As a Senior Software engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical design solutions to core Field services processes across the complete set of Service delivery apps on SFDC. This role will be responsible for delivering solution design and development activities while working closely with Product Owners, SCRUM Masters, Architects, QA and developer(s)
Working closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners to architect technology solutions to meet business needs and ensure the software product is leveraged appropriately and solution is easy to maintain and meets best practices.
Leading role in project discovery and definition workshops, contributing in creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
Innovating and driving development of software products around the Salesforce.com technologies. Write unit and integration tests to ensure those features never break
Guiding the team of developers in ensuring thoughtful and technically enriched solutions as part of new and existing development by implementing best practices, drive quality of enterprise solutions
Collaborating, developing, maintaining and owning design & development with in-depth knowledge of the core OFSE processes, by developing peer, cross-functional relationships to maximize best practices sharing to enhance team effectiveness.
Managing daily activities, issue resolution and communication across entire project team

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in supporting business applications and technologies to digitize business processes.
Having extensive knowledge implementing, customizing and maintaining salesforce solutions. Mostly worked in Apex classes, Triggers, test classes, building aura components, Implemented integration and other salesforce customizations.
Have 4+ years of experience on providing technical design solutions on Force.com with a focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
Have Object-oriented programming with at least one of the following object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python)
Have Software Development for Enterprise Systems
Have salesforce implementation and development
Have enterprise-level Salesforce projects using SF Agile software Tools like (e.g: SF Agile Accelerator, SF Jira Connectors, SF Rally, Service Now)
Show architecture and development of SF solutions using Salesforce, Classic, Lightning, Visual Force, Apex, Java Services and integration techniques.
Have experience working with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or FSL – Field Service Lightening.
Have the below certifications with Salesforce / Mulesoft / Copado. For eg: Certified SFDC Administrator & Certified Platform Developer 1.
