Partner with the best
Regional Lean Leader will deploy the 7 pillars of Lean at sites in the region. They will coach and mentor employees at all levels (from site leaders to shop floor) on Lean tools. Drive the continuous improvement culture by leading and demonstrating knowledge through hands-on application of tools.
As a Regional Lean Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and mentoring cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment to ensure quality and a safe environment
- Understanding the strategy deployment to translate the transformational vision into specific site goals and priorities, linking lean initiatives to business KPIs
- Using value stream analysis to focus to identify improvement areas and drive improvement at plant level as identified per strategy deployment
- Facilitate significant/transformative Kaizen events to implement standardized process utilizing lean tools and processes
- Advancing organizational maturity and buy-in of lean by increasing leader and employee participation in Gemba and Kaizen
- Applying Lean methodology to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean with previous experience working in a manufacturing center
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in total
- Possess track record of successful lean process improvement – demonstrated by considerable KPI improvement
- Be willing to travel when needed (60% travel).
- Be able to act as an influential and enthusiastic leader, able to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance
- Have good command in English and Japanese Language at business level
