The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow up a set of licences or fields, in close dialogue with the management team of the business unit.
  • Coordinate board work for Equinor operated licences or fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), being the main contact point for the partners.
  • Be involved in all phases of field life: exploration, development, operation and cessation.
  • Provide hands-on insight on ongoing licence activities, advice and ensure compliance to the Joint Operating Agreement.
  • Communicate with partners takes place in formal board meetings and through a cloud-based solution (Licence2Share), which is used for all licences on the NCS.
  • Perform board work, work with leaders and with digitalisation.

The licence management department have during the last years done extensive improvement to our most important business processes, this includes digitalisation and working together with Offshore Norge to further develop Licence2Share. Digitalisation and improvement is a key part of our work, and to succeed we need you in our team!

You

  • A bachelor or master’s degree, preferably technical or financial. 
  • A curious mindset for digitalisation, experience with Microsoft Power Platform an advantage (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). 
  • Good working capacity / ability to handle a portfolio of licences. 
  • Good communication skills, Structured, proactive and service-minded.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently. 
  • English and Norwegian both written and oral.
