Non Contentious Construction Solicitor 8Yrs+ PQE

Our client, a well established, full service law firm, is recruiting for a non contentious construction lawyer to join their market leading, Legal 500 listed construction practice. The team’s work focusses on dealing with construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects (e.g. dealing with development agreements, building contracts, bonds and guarantees and professional appointments) and advising on significant engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector (e.g. on shore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar tidal/wave etc). Clients include developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants. Whilst the position is based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, the projects are throughout the UK. Applicants must have at least 8 years post qualified experience in non-contentious construction as it is envisaged that this role will evolve in to promotion within the firm.
