Context & Environment

The services will be performed within Company Global Procurement, in the Facilities and Engineering category. This category supports various actors and product lines across a wide range of projects. It plays a key role in Company’ transition to becoming a Multi-Energy company, particularly by assisting with engineering and EPC service procurement related to the Department Management and Projects.

The mission involves minimum 8-10 years of experience in EPC contracts engineering and administration, preferably in offshore wind and renewables. Experience with various types of contract templates such as NEC, BIMCO, and FIDIC is essential.

Activities

1. Organize the market consultation and negotiate fabrication contracts (with capacity reservation) for offshore foundations/structures

  • Prepare tender deliverables.
  • Administer and run the call for tender.
  • Qualify suppliers.
  • Negotiate contractual terms, conditions, and variations.
  • Present outcomes to management.
  • Deliverables Memos/Presentations and Negotiated Contracts (Agreements & Exhibits) for offshore wind foundation fabrication.

2. Support the procurement strategy for Offshore Wind (OFW) foundations

  • Consolidate market intelligence for this procurement segment.
  • Consolidate supplier intelligence for foundations suppliers.
  • Run multidisciplinary workshops (structural engineers, legal experts, project engineers).
  • Deliverables Memos/Presentations.

3. Support various renewables projects for contract engineering and contract expertise coordination in the Pre-FID phase

  • Deliverables: CFTs/Templates.

4. Manage activities like a project to execute within international contexts, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, sustainability, and HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Degree qualified (engineering or business school graduate; Bachelor’s degree minimum).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial procurement/contracts engineering, ideally in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC/FIDIC contracts and energy-related challenges.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating complex construction contracts.
  • Robust understanding of industrial projects in Oil & Gas or Renewables.
  • Excellent contractual and commercial negotiation skills with industrial equipment manufacturers and major construction stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of French and Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
