We have an excellent new opportunity for an Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our team in our Recruitment Team in the Netherlands, Den Haag office which is in a prime location directly above Den Haag Central Station. Easily accessible by public transport, bike and car, the location places us close to some of our major clients and it also offers a range of local shops, restaurants, gyms and other facilities.

The operation in the Netherlands is focused on a variety of predominantly technical markets. We supply to a number of our key global clients, who are based in country and a variety of local clients. We are looking for somebody to join the team as an Operations and Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative support predominantly for recruitment and payroll teams. The successful candidate will speak fluently in Dutch and English, have relevant experience along with strong problem solving and organisational skills.

We are also happy to consider remote working from the UK provided the successful candidate can speak fluently in Dutch and has relevant administrative experience.

Key Features include:

  • To provide full administrative support to the office recruitment staff, managing contractor assignments (ZZP, uitzend, payroll etc.).
  • Oversee and support the payrolling and invoicing procedures for the Netherlands division.
  • Obtain copies and verify candidate qualifications, identifications, and references, entering this information into the appropriate recruitment software.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relations with all Divisional contractors, managing full life cycle of contractor documentation including but not limited to the preparation of contracts, extensions, revisions, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing of client and candidate contracts and other required records on appropriate candidate databases.
  • Develop relationships within all key external parties including immigration advisors, Accountants, clients etc. to support achieving both corporate and regional objectives.
  • Support Orion projects which Division are engaged in e.g., VCA Audits, specific recruitment related projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to processing invoices, maintaining client files, organising couriers, maintaining office timesheets, ordering company branded stationary, and any other duties as required.
