Role Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible to execute product and material handling and movement within the warehouse in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards. They inspect and accept incoming shipments against supplier packing lists, ensuring items have been received in a satisfactory state. They complete material fulfillment upon Business Line request.

Responsibilities

• Goods received physically and checked with documentation.
• Sorting and storing in the warehouses based on chemical’s compatibility.
• Recording in the systems (all the movements with impact in the SOH – stock on hand)
• Issuing (based on the request received from the business line coordinators)
• Keeping warehouses clean and organized.
• Using the forklift for the daily activity (load-unload chemicals and tools)
• Preparing the chemicals for delivery to the rig (manual handling, strapping the chemicals on the pallets, prepare the documents)
• Properly update inventory and check lists as per business needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• High English Level is considered a plus.
