Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
- Operator Assistant II: $18.50 – $29.90/hour
- Service Operator I: $20.00 – $31.33/hour
- Service Operator II: $21.50 – $32.83/hour
- Position is eligible for a $300/month stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO
- $45/day Per Diem
- 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs*
- Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area.
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Under strict supervision, assists senior operators and/or performs frac-specific job roles (e.g., proppant, chemicals, blenders, QA/QC, etc… ).
- Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: performing pre/post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures and operating support equipment (e.g., proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, discharge manifold equipment, etc.).
- Completes requisite training and demonstrates competency as defined for current and next level.
- Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
- Assists in the cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job.
- Exhibits safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Participates in quality and continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications
- Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills are acquired through on-the-job training and 3-6 months experience as an Operator Asst I.
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- Reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations are preferred.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Operator Assistant II, Service Operator I and Service Operator II.
