Job description
Our client is seeking an Organisational Design Advisor for a 6-month PAYE contract based in their Aberdeen offices. The selected Advisor will play a pivotal role in succession planning, along with assisting the ongoing talent management program for offshore assets and also support an on organisational design project.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Leading workforce succession planning for our offshore assets.
* Collect and analyse data to understand the workforce and organisational needs, identify gaps and make recommendations in line with the resourcing plans.
* Support the organisational design for offshore and onshore organisation.
* Providing advice on the organisational design considerations and assist managers to design their department structures.
* Collaboration across the business to ensure alignment.
* Facilitate change management, advising on communication, support to employees and management during the changes and ensuring the changes are successfully implemented.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and experience:
* Experience in talent management, organisational design, or a related role.
* Demonstrated understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning, and employee engagement.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess organisational needs, analyse data, and develop actionable recommendations.
* Experience in change management and project management.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication, with the ability to challenge leaders constructively and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrate a proactive, flexible and positive working approach.
* Works collaboratively in a team environment, as well as on own initiative.
* Accepts accountability and responsibility, and can manage a varied workload, with changing priorities and deadlines.
