Personal Injury Lawyer

Our client, a leading litigation practice is looking to appoint a lawyer to join their non-accidental injury team. The team specialises in assisting people affected by abuse, violence or harassment and to help them obtain both compensation and support. You will be required to handle a range of complex, specialist cases in the areas of historical abuse and injury caused by crimes of violence/harassment.  Dealing with client-focused pursuer files, you will be expected to assess and progress cases through the litigation process with Court appearances when required. Applicants must have practical experience working as a personal injury solicitor within private practice in Scotland. You will be used to dealing with clients in an empathetic manner, have good organisational skills, and be an effective communicator. Salary will be dependant on experience.
