Airswift is seeking a Pleno Regulatory Affairs Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.
Develop and propose internal control activities and process mapping.
Identify potential gaps in what regards regulatory compliance within business/technical projects.
Provide support to the project interfaces & planning the organization’s strategic topics on ANP compliance matters.
Implement the approved standards and procedures that support the risk management framework and manage the use of E&P Regulatory Management system (Internal IT system used at TotalEnergies)
Support the preparation of assessment processes, performing regulatory management system used at TotalEnergies.
Execute dynamic upload on ANP systems and give support to technical team to perform when necessary.
Propose optimization tasks between departments in order to perform interfaces and response plan toward regulatory framework and obligation´s.
Provide support in the management of IBP working groups and other advocacy tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Strong experience as minimum;
Previous experience working within the O&G industry;
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills both in English and Portuguese;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Experience in preparing dashboards is a plus.
