About the Role
Based at our global headquarters in Adelaide, we are seeking an experienced Power App Developer to design, build, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform suite. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to create seamless, scalable applications that drive productivity and streamline operations across the organization.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how we utilize the Power Platform, optimize workflows, automate processes, and deliver innovative solutions. If you have a strong background in developing low-code applications and integrating data sources, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make an impact.
Key accountabilities include:
- Create intuitive and user-friendly Power Apps solutions tailored to business requirements, enhancing user experience.
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate, integrating with data sources like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft services.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, document needs, and transform them into functional, scalable applications.
- Integrate Power Apps with external data sources using connectors and develop custom connectors when needed.
- Follow best practices for governance, permissions, and data security while ensuring applications are scalable.
- Resolve bugs, enhance performance, and improve user experiences based on feedback and ongoing testing.
- Create clear technical documentation for applications, ensuring ease of maintenance and compliance with corporate governance standards.
About You
- Extensive experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platforms.
- Experience in Power Automate, custom connectors, and data integration.
- Strong UX/UI Skills with the ability to design professional, engaging interfaces for seamless user experiences.
- Ability to navigate SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 to integrate these services into Power Apps solutions.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard integration with Power Apps solutions.
- Familiar with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# to extend the functionality of Power Apps.
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills, with the ability to debug low-code applications.
- Excellent ability to interact with business users, translate requirements into functional solutions, and deliver clear documentation.
Ideally, you will be degree qualified in Computer Science and or Information Technology. Additional certifications in Microsoft Power Platforms, Microsoft 365 and or Azure is highly desirable.
