The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

  • Advice local management related to information and cyber security, ensure awareness and compliance with legislation and internal requirements.   
  • Support developing and communicate cyber security awareness best practices to enhance employees and contractors’ competence. 
  • Stay updated on Information Technology (IT), security news, trends, and identify local specific challenges. 
  • Facilitate and contribute in risk assessments, identifying consequences and mitigating actions. 
  • Information and cyber security risk KPI’s – propose and support mitigating actions.
  • Support in Business Continuity preparations, plans and exercises related to IT/cyber security scenarios.
  • Build internal and external network for knowledge sharing and collaboration. 
  • Follow-up on IT/cyber operational issues relevant to Brazil. 
  • Support business’s new IT and digital needs, proposals and ongoing initiatives.

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in IT, engineering, computer science, risk management and or information security related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Extensive experience in cyber security and risk management.
  • Knowledge of system vulnerability analysis and security testing.
  • In-depth competence on IT infrastructure.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge on IT and Digital within the energy sector preferred.
  • Curious, agile, adaptable with the ability to work at pace. A team-worker who is also comfortable taking proactive task ownership.
