The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor the technical condition of the plant, design requirements, and assess possible measures. 

  • Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of process installations. 

  • Contribute to the strengthening and modernization of the plant. 

  • Provide input and technical support during modifications, projects, plant shutdowns, and revision shutdowns. 

  • Evaluate technical integrity in projects, and process relevant documents as needed.

  • Contribute to identifying and investigating climate/CO2 reduction measures. 

  • Prepare technical requisitions for procurement, as well as evaluation and approval. 

  • Contribute with input to the technical life cycle plan while managing risk and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in design.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process engineering or relevant discipline.

  • Competence within process- and gas technology, preferably focused on the oil and gas industry.

  • Experience in managing risk and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in design is preferred.

  • Experience in assessing and monitoring the technical condition of operational installations, design requirements, and possible measures is preferred.

  • Experience in digital working tools such as SAP.

  • You are proficient in English, and it is an advantage if you also understand/speak Norwegian.

  • You are a team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • You have a desire to live and work in Hammerfest.
