Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide process engineering services to.  
    • Operations  
      • Asset integrity 
      • Daily operations on subsea fields tied back to third-party hosts 
    • Subsea Projects 
      • Systems engineering and assurance 
      • Design basis ownership 
  • Assist Metering and Allocation responsible with relevant process facilities calculation (mass balances, simulations, etc.) and allocation strategies e.g. ORF, CRM, As-measured, pro-rata  
  • Lead development of Design basis documents for projects at all stages 
  • Assist in ensuring that process engineering standards and functional specifications are suitable applied and used by projects.  
  • Assist in communication and definition of functionality and work scopes for Host facility Operators of WD subsea tie back projects 
  • Contribute to consistent process design through all hosts systems and subsea system by following a system engineering approach. 
  • When relevant, ensure quality of process engineering deliverables for projects. 
  • Have the overview of Business Unit Norway’s (BUNO’s) HYSYS models and maintain as required.  
  • Review previous lessons learned, and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into new designs. 
  • Role according to Wintershall Dea Management System and as described in the Individual Target Agreement.  
  • Ensure compliance with Wintershall Dea Management System. If Owner or Owner’s Rep of content in the BMS: Execute the tasks and duties related to the role in accordance with company requirements.

Education: 
  • Master’s degree in relevant subject.  

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience within process engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry. 
  • Preferably, experience with Norwegian field developments and regulatory framework .

  • Trust, care, open-minded and brave  
  • Self-motivated  
  • Team-oriented, ability to work in multi-disciplinary project teams 
  • Good interpersonal skills  
  • Good communicator, proactively seeking advice from others and share own experiences with group 
  • Skills according to the target profile assigned in the Competency Management System   
Language skills:
  • English: Fluent oral and written 
  • Norwegian: Fluent oral and written preferred as additional language
