Description

The Electronic Field Ticketing Product Owner will serve as the primary functional representative and Global Subject Matter Expert and key decision maker for Supply Chain’s eticketing platform. The Product Owner will champion efforts to leverage and optimize use of the platform to support business and process improvements. Develop, own, handle and execute the eticketing strategy for Supply Chain. Accountable for the strategic relationship management with eTicket system provider.

Job Description

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Being the Single Point of Contact internally and externally for Supply Chain’s electronic field ticketing platform and process
  • Being accountable for ensuring integration points between the eticketing platform and nxtgenERP systems (GEP, S4, SailPoint) are tested and implemented according to the Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for the nxtgenERP USA release
  • Collaborating with nxtgenERP OCM Team to develop Management of Change (MOC) plan for internal users and suppliers that details changes between current and post-go-live state
  • Providing guidance, support, training and troubleshooting for items related to the eticketing platform and process
  • Leading efforts to explore, optimize and implement platform capabilities and technology offerings, while ensuring compliance with internal control standards and audit requirements
  • Evaluating and prioritizing system enhancement opportunities and product roadmap
  • Coordinating with eticketing platform provider to escalate technical issues and implement technical solutions
  • Managing system releases and ensuring testing occurs prior to implementing new capabilities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Assessing change impact for system changes, advising stakeholders and leading associated OCM activities

Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • 7 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Contract Management, Supplier Relations
  • 1 or more years of project management experience
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of Supply Chain primary systems (GEP, SAP S/4, Enverus), Source to Pay (S2P) and eTicketing processes

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, other related business discipline, other related technical discipline, or foreign equivalent
  • 7 or more years of direct experience in the oil and gas industry or related industry
  • Prior systems and process design experience (understanding of the expectations, relevant issues and change management requirements)
  • Enterprise mind-set (global standards first, supporting high-value and required localization)
  • Champion of anchored agility and the “why not” approach
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective at time management and setting priorities
  • Responds resourcefully, flexibility and positively when faced with challenges, demands and deadlines
  • Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
  • Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
