Job Summary




Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for an opportunity to progress your career with a global market leader in the Oil & Energy industry?

The Production planner is responsible for ensuring that all activities associated with production are carried out in compliance with HSE standards. You will also be  responsible for supporting the master scheduler to plan day to day activities in the plant and to liaise with other departments to ensure effective running & cost control of production orders.

What will you be doing?

  • Review and confirm priorities with the master scheduler
  • Ensure communication between all department and address any holding points
  • Assist master scheduler in updating master schedule where required
  • Ensure service order packs are moved onto the relevant departments to allow for the timely flow of operations, as per SAP routing & production schedule
  • Attend departmental production meetings
  • Monitor & expedite spares where required based on scheduled dates
  • Monitor all costs on Production meetings in preparation for chairing the weekly RGR forecast call
  • Coordinate equipment for upcoming work scopes for issuing to workshop
  • Assist and support the logistics/equipment readiness department with material requests
  • Create rework production orders in line with Cameron process

Minimum Job Qualifications



  • Previous experience in a Production Planner role within a manufacturing or engineering environment 
  • Computer literacy to include Excel skills. 
  • Experience using SAP or MS Projects would also be desirable but not essential
