The Project Coordinator for the Services team will assist the Project Manager in overseeing Refurbs, New Builds, and Spares orders across North America, both onshore and offshore. This position will ensure that all projects in the region are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the company’s Operating Procedures, client requirements, and regional laws.
 

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of Service projects. This includes scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
  • Applying project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, fulfilling a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working together with teams under the same requirements pertaining to collecting or giving technical information.
  • Handling project processes following detailed guidelines for service scopes and human interfaces.
  • Collaborating with targeted clients where all contracts are predefined, and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
  • Being available for potential on-call support outside of standard working hours when applicable (evenings and weekends).

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Business Management).
  • 2 years’ experience working with Project Managers cooperatively or otherwise.
  • 2 years’ product knowledge of wellhead and subsea tools.  
  • 4 years’ experience working in the Subsea Oil and Gas Service Industry.
  • Planning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Display the ability to communicate professionally with customers and build relationships.
