Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Expediter Coordinator to join our client Saipem’s team in Montigny le Bretonneux. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment for the Suriname  B 58 project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Track and monitor the progress of orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays in the procurement process
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on procurement status
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in expediting coordination, preferably in the energy or construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
