As a Project Manger you will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.

• Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Communicates across direct organization.

• Responsible for the daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer contracts, Time and Material, Manufacturing, Repair and Accessory shops.

• Work closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer. Review business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Complete customer and internal paperwork.

• Coordinate shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.

• Lead and report larger projects linked to complete product lines/larger projects with multiple sub projects.

• Handles latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.

• Handles diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

• Have proven experience in Project Management.

• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

• Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.

• Be Fluent in English and Norwegian.
