The position
By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
- Support and assist managers in following up on the psychosocial working environment.
- Carry out detailed mapping and assessment of psychosocial risk when needed.
- Assist risk owners controlling and managing psychosocial risks, such as;
- Overall psychosocial risk mapping.
- Psychosocial risks in change.
- Conflict management.
- Workload and stress.
- Deliver on continuous internal HWE improvement work and standardization of services.
Health and Working Environment is a team of highly skilled HWE professionals. Each team member has a great deal of autonomy and flexibility in their work, but collaboration and experience transfer across the HWE deliveryteams, HSE Competence Centre and relevant networks are highly valued and expected.

You

- Certified Clinical Psychologist status, ideally with a speciality within organisational psychology or another related discipline.
- Previous experience of working within occupational health and working environment.
- An authorised nurse with relevant specialization and experience may also be considered.
- Able to work effectively in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
