The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

• Support and assist managers in following up on the psychosocial working environment.
• Carry out detailed mapping and assessment of psychosocial risk when needed.
• Assist risk owners controlling and managing psychosocial risks, such as;
  • Overall psychosocial risk mapping.
  • Psychosocial risks in change.
  • Conflict management.
  • Workload and stress.

• Deliver on continuous internal HWE improvement work and standardization of services.

Each team member has a great deal of autonomy and flexibility in their work, but collaboration and experience transfer across the HWE deliveryteams, HSE Competence Centre and relevant networks are highly valued and expected.

You

• Certified Clinical Psychologist status, ideally with a speciality within organisational psychology or another related discipline. 
• Previous experience of working within occupational health and working environment. 
• An authorised nurse with relevant specialization and experience may also be considered.
• Able to work effectively in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
