Job Title: UFR QA/QC Lead Engineering Service
Location: Paris (initially), followed by relocation to project sites. (Right to work in the EU required)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1-year minimum, with potential extension up to 5 years post-UFR package contract award
Status: Residential

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UFR QA/QC Lead Engineering professional for the B58 UFR Suriname GPI Project. The successful candidate will coordinate QA/QC activities and support the package manager on all quality matters within the B58 UFR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement H3SE policies and ensure training compliance.
  • Promote the company’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Program.
  • Implement and maintain the Project QMS within the UFR package in compliance with the EPC Contract.
  • Enforce contractual commitments and implement the Contract Quality Plan and Objectives.
  • Control processes including quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, KPI management, inspections, lesson learned, calibration, testing, and standards management.
  • Oversee day-to-day Contractor quality activities and review Supervisors/Inspectors’ work. Approve Contractor’s Project Quality Plan and related documents.
  • Coordinate quality systems at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and key sub-vendors. Produce and distribute Quality Dossiers and manufacturing record books. Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities.
  • Monitor and report on Contractor’s practices and deliverables. Actively liaise with the Project Quality Manager, project Quality Team, and UFR Team.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of UFR products and relevant quality regimes.
  • Significant experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project roles.
