QA/QC Manager

QA/QC Manager needed for a major gas development project in Libya! 🌍

We have an incredible opportunity for a QA/QC Manager to ensure all products and services meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards

🔹 Oversee the inspection and testing of products and services to ensure compliance

🔹 Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary

🔹 Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards

🔹 Lead and manage a team of QA/QC professionals, providing training and support

🔹 Maintain accurate and detailed quality control documentation

🔹 Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university

💼 Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC post-degree

🔧 At least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and onshore/offshore engineering

🏅 Quality certification (e.g., ASQ, CQE) preferred

🗣 Excellent spoken and written English

Rotation Schedule: 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Travel: Economy flights provided at the start and end of each rotation cycle
