Job Summary: Project QHSE Manager

Responsibilities:

Development & Coordination:

Develop Project QHSE Management Plans (HSE Plan, QA Plan, ERP, NCR Management Plan, Management of Change Plan).
Create and monitor a legal compliance register.
Advise the project team during subcontractor selection phases, perform audits if required, and review subcontractor QHSE performance.
Facilitate and follow up on Risk Workshops (DRA, HAZID, HAZOP).
Project Execution:

Investigate and coordinate incidents, including those involving subcontractors.
Follow up on Quality-related issues (NCRs, MoCs).
Coordinate QHSE officers on site/vessel.
Report internally (project, HQ) and to the client.
Develop and implement QHSE campaigns.
Site/Vessel Visits:

Conduct regular visits to site and vessel locations.
Profile:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent degree required.
Knowledge of Polish language and legislation is a strong asset but not mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project QHSE Manager, ideally in offshore wind or construction.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
