The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage front desk reception duties including but not limited to:
- Engage internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary materials.
- Offer good hospitality to visitors.
- Monitor and control visitor access.
- Ensure visitors are aware and comply with safety and security requirements.
- Manage incoming calls by screening, conveying messages and directing calls appropriately.
- Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings.
- Take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally.
- Provide facilities management support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and support services in the office environment.
- Maintain an adequate stock of stationery and pantry supplies. Verify invoices and provide procurement support by sourcing related vendors, evaluating quotations, and making recommendations.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient and compliant operation.
- Assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.

- Educational achievement to A levels or diploma standard, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Customer and results-oriented.
- Fluency in verbal and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- A responsible individual contributor and an excellent team player.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Meticulous and strives for high quality work.
- Adaptable with a learning mindset.
