Partner with the best
 

As an HR Partner, you will provide HR support to client group Leaders, Managers and Employees regarding organizational matters. You will also provide coaching, HR Process expertise as well as other general HR activities as needed for the business. You will be viewed as the expert for Human Resources by your team and colleagues.
 

As HR Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Labour and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence (L&ER CoE) to successfully implement Labour, Employee Relations policies, and framework for a geographic and business area.
  • Manage Coimbatore factory and Mumbai & Pune IET employees as Regional HR Partner in alignmnet with local requirements as well as regional priorities.
  • Receiving employee complaints, arranging stakeholders for investigations, determining mitigation actions, and action together with the L&ER CoE.
  • Providing guidance and expertise to managers seeking to terminate employment, advising on risk, creating required documentation, facilitating legal reviews when needed, supporting management to execute termination, and ensuring local notifications to government entities are completed. Collaborate with L&ER CoE as needed.
  • Being a focal point for CBA liaison and providing negotiation input together with Business/Regional Leaders and guided by the L&ER CoE; coordinating with TR as required and providing new CBA details to HR Delivery teams for the contract amendment process.
  • Participating in and being a key contributor at key management discussions and providing HR input for strategic business/regional projects, long-term planning, and budgeting processes as well as the employee engagement initiatives on the ground.
  • Providing input and guidance to the business on workforce planning and reorganizations inclusive of M&A, restricting, bid process, scoping & planning.
  • Providing regional guidance and perspective on employee movements i.e. promotions, salary changes and workforce planning; assisting with the execution of these activities to ensure timely pipelining of quality talent to meet business needs.
  • Supporting any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of the overall transformation as well as other HR initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management, Psychology from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources which a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing business groups business facing.
  • Must to have worked with a manufacturing set up in Tamil Nadu and be well versed with local regulations and Factory’s Act of TN
  • Must be able to communicate in English and ‘Tamil’
  • Be able to balance between being ‘hands-on’ and ‘strategic’.
  • Have good experience handling Unions and Industrial Relations
  • Have Hands on experience in HR Partnership
  • Be Talent obsessed – passionate about bringing the best out of people and proven record of deploying talent strategies in support of business growth.
  • Be able to manage multiple stakeholders, positive by conviction and collaborative by nature with earnest people skills.
  • Have commercial acumen, analytical ability, and use of data to provide key business insights.
  • Be able to lead projects/process improvement/policy formulation.
  • Have experience working in a matrix environment, with the agility to attend to multiple demands and shifting priorities, and deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Have a good understanding of digital technology and the impact and opportunities that it creates to delivery excellence customer experience.
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel.
