Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be accountable for executing the sales plans for the allocated region for the existing products, technologies and solutions within the Geospatial portfolio. In addition to this they will be responsible for maximizing business growth and profitability by selling company products and solutions to new and existing customers, as well as building and maintaining credible client relationships and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain the companies brand as well as ensuring customer satisfaction by taking control of the delivery process for prompt delivery of products/service.
- Offer quality solutions to meet customer needs by conducting proper research and addressing the customers’ needs and pain points.
- Develop methods for growth and maintenance of customer base through actively identifying new sales and market opportunities within allocated region as well as keeping in contact with loyal/repeat customers.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts to the National Sales Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Uphold effective and efficient sales process and administration for accurate and accountable sales processing and practices and properly utilise the CRM software.
- Liaise with National Sales Manager to define marketing campaigns and requirements in collaboration with respective product specialist.
- Stay up to date with new and upcoming regional product launches and ensure attendance thereof.
- Drive customer satisfaction through ensuring professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service delivery throughout the region.
- Make customers feel valued and involved by requesting their feedback and thereby creating constant improvement on product and service offerings.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Survey; GIS; Construction; Mining or Civil Engineering.
- Degree or diploma in Surveying, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Previous business development, sales or account management experience would be highly beneficial.
- The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively in the allocated region.
