POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be charged with supporting Area Leadership in coaching, training, and supporting Reliability Operators and embedded Maintenance Technicians to perform their roles within Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards.  In this capacity, the role acts as a field leadership position to encourage and embed change to support the Reliability Operations execution model and components therein. This is an hourly position that follows for overtime pay. Follows 7 days on 7 days off schedule, alternating days, and nights. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The work location is Tioga, ND.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provides on-site plant maintenance and contractor coordination (day-to-day).
  • Provides direction and contributes to planning and preparation and execute work for more complex activities / projects.
  • Augment Process Specialist in representing the area in Root Cause Analysis (RCAs)
  • Plans and executes safe work permit (LOTO, confined space, hot work, excavation).
  • SAP notifications, time confirmation, Technically Complete (TECO) autonomous maintenance activities, invoice review/approval.
  • Leads training efforts for autonomous maintenance.
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) Regulations – highly skilled on how work needs to be conducted to be regulatory compliant (e.g., aware of signage requirements, training requirements, and operation requirements).
  • Coaching and mentoring of contract and employee staff.
  • Aligns with engineering (Process, Production) on day-to-day activities.
  • Capture activities accurately in systems (SAP, Log Books).

 

Experience/Skills     

  • Industrial / oilfield experience

Education/Training   

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
