They serve a wide range of industries primarily in the oil & gas & construction sector across Middle East and Africa. Due to an expansion of their business volume, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be the forefront of their operations in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, You are required to carry out the below duties:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets ($2M USD approximately in gaskets, valves and rubber expansion joints)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Egypt and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate high level contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
