Summary:
Looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Enterprise Sales Support Executive to join our Commercial Sales Section.
This role is pivotal in supporting our enterprise sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with various departments and providing administrative support to enhance our enterprise client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the enterprise sales team in managing client accounts, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating contract management.
• Manage documentation such as quotes, invoices, official letters, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical, and administration to deliver comprehensive support to the sales team.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and organizing sales events, client meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain CRM systems to track client interactions, update sales forecasts, and provide insights to management.
• Perform data entry and data analysis in regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key aspects of the business.
• Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing necessary resources and training on processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance to management team members and executives for all tasks in addition to what have been mentioned above.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support or account management within the telecommunications or technology industry is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail to meet set deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and independently manage tasks.
