On behalf of a oil major client WRS are searching for a Security Manager to work on a capital pipeline project in Tanzania. The role will be offered on a annual renewable contract and working on a rotational basis in Tanzania. 

Role offers:
12 month renewable contract (long term project scope
8/2 rotation in country 
Competitive daily rate

Successful candidates require:
Degree: Master’s degree in public or private security operations management
Minimum 15 years of experience in security management related positions, including five years in oil and gas sector
Experience running large security forces or companies in accordance with ISO 18788(2015) and VPSHR standards
Experience with Government Security Forces Liaison activities and ideally experience managing Port Facility Security.
Good background in people and assets protection
Local knowledge or previous work in Africa beneficial
