What you can expect

>
– Project management and project controlling for the areas of emergency response management, business continuity management and security for BU Germany
– Supporting the development and implementation of a national emergency management system
– Preparation and implementation of emergency exercises at national level
– Creation of security concepts for events with public access
– Identification of innovation potential and systematic planning, development and implementation of new ideas, approaches and processes in ERM

What we expect

>
– Completed studies in the field of security management or official experience in the field of security or emergency response management
– At least 50% of working time on the workground in a split presence function between field and Hamburg BU Germany office
– Very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
– High social and team competence, interdisciplinary, result-oriented and flexible way of working
– Good IT skills (MS Office and M365), ideally knowledge of digital tools for emergency and crisis management (e. g. alerting software)
