About the Role
Based at our global headquarters in Adelaide, this position will support the delivery of a range of company-wide initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion.
Key accountabilities include:
- Design, develop, and implement the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Highly developed planning, organisational skills and the ability to manage projects within designated timeframes in a complex and commercially focused company.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with a range of internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Engage employees across the company to take part in learning on D&I topics.
- Create appropriate change management plans, communication materials and leader/business partner support materials.
- Manage supplier relationships to deliver activities on time and to budget.
About You
You will be experienced in:
- Organisational Development, with specific experience in diversity and inclusion.
- Experience using design thinking principles to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving capability, combined with strong analytical and data management capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, deliver and implement key programs & projects.
- Demonstrated team player; supporting delivery of broader team objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
Ideally, you will be degree qualified in HR or business, and have experience working in a Centre of Excellence (COE) model in a large, complex organisation.
