Position Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of electrical and control equipment within our offshore facilities. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting production targets, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of electrical and control equipment to optimize performance and reliability.

•           Coordinate with operations personnel to plan and execute both scheduled and corrective maintenance activities.

•           Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements, particularly concerning LV and HV systems.

•           Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to meet statutory and vendor obligations, while continually optimizing performance.

•           Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, trends, and failures to inform decision-making and improve maintenance strategies.

•           Manage third-party electrical support services in accordance with regulatory standards, company policies, and contractual agreements.

•           Ensure adherence to maintenance protocols for electrical equipment in hazardous areas, in line with industry standards.

•           Provide technical guidance and support to onshore and offshore personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

•           Review and provide input on documents issued by relevant departments, contributing to overall project success.

Qualifications and Skills:

•           Extensive experience in electrical maintenance within the Oil and Gas industry, with a proven track record in offshore environments.

•           HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.

•           Membership of a relevant professional engineering institution (e.g., IET) would be advantageous.

•           Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems and Performance Standards.

•           Proficiency in computer applications and software-based maintenance systems.

•           Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

•           Effective communication and organizational abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues at all levels.

•           Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently.

•           Offshore survival and medical certification are desirable
