About the Job:

Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant / clusters, RDS’s (Remote Degassing Station) RMS’s (Remote Manifold Stations), Gas CSs (Compression Stations. Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification and major shutdown maintenance.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil / gas production and injection, water/ Co2 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.

Coordinate with drilling department for handover/ takeover of wells location and provide rig route.

Supervises and controls the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure safe working environment and exercises in an efficient and optimum operational manner.

Ensure and monitor material & stock item for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.

Checks and monitors the quality of maintenance activities carried out in well head and other equipment in the Asset.

Ensure compliance to the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in additions to the planned shutdown activities.

Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.

Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.

Budgets

Provide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.

Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.

Implement approved Department/ Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section’s work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.

Performance Management

Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department/ Section
in line with the Company Performance framework.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.

Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in

line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

 

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability

Conduct regular visits to the worksites and ensure job is executed safely. Undertakes hazard assessment and identifies precautions for the PTW issued in their work area.

Ensure work is carried out in line with the company HSE procedure requirements.

Implement corrective action for Hazards and near miss reported in the area.

Carryout the emergency responsibilities in line with the respective roles as per the emergency organization

Reports

Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management

 

Minimum Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE &SKILLS

8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in oil and gas industry.
