About the Role
Based at our global headquarters in Adelaide, this position will support the design and delivery of a range of company-wide learning strategies, frameworks and initiatives designed to build capability across the organisation.
Key accountabilities include:
- Design, develop, and implement a refreshed Santos Learning and Capability Development Strategy
- Owning and maintaining leadership and business skills capability frameworks and driving their effectiveness across Santos
- Driving learning initiatives which support our People Experience frameworks (on-boarding, capability, performance, talent, careers)
- Highly developed planning, organisational skills and the ability to manage projects within designated timeframes in a complex and commercially focused company
- Working with a variety of systems, frameworks, tools, procedures and vendors to support the learning strategies
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to not only develop frameworks but also facilitate learning sessions and programs
- Collaborating with other P&C teams and key stakeholders at all levels across the business to provide advice and deliver learning programs
- Support the development of an e-learning strategy and initiatives to optimise digital learning adoption across the business
- Supporting the preparation of papers and proposals on learning for executive
- Create appropriate change management plans, communication materials and leader/business partner support materials
- Manage supplier relationships to deliver activities on time and to budget.
- Maintaining an external focus (research, market dynamics, emerging practices) to ensure internal practices evolve appropriately
About You
You will need to demonstrate:
- Learning and Leadership Development, with specific experience in learning frameworks
- Effective and engaging facilitation methodologies
- Design thinking principles to develop and implement learning initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, deliver and implement key programs & projects
- Demonstrated team player; supporting delivery of broader team objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
Ideally, you will be degree qualified in HR or business, and have experience working in a Centre of Excellence (COE) model in a large, complex organisation.
