Senior Contract Engineer
Location: Paris 

About the Role:

WRS is recruiting a Senior Contract Engineer to support global energy projects. This role will oversee contract management, procurement activities, and claims resolution while ensuring alignment with project goals and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex contract activities, including tender development, bid evaluation, and award recommendations.
  • Provide contract management expertise to prevent and address claims and disputes.
  • Coach and support project teams on contract best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process governance and project alignment.
  • Support claims management, including analysis, resolution strategies, and correspondence.
  • Consolidate lessons learned to improve future contract processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in contract engineering for large-scale energy projects.
  • Right to work in EU required 
  • Strong understanding of procurement, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tenders and contracts in diverse global settings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and support teams.
