Qualifications:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Python and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Lead and participate in architectural discussions and decisions.

• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and best practices.

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Personal qualifications:

 • Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

 • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.

 • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

 • Strong mentoring and leadership abilities, with experience guiding junior team members.
