We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Engineer to contribute to the transition toward a decarbonized and sustainable energy future. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance throughout all phases of the solar PV project lifecycle, from early development to operational management. This position offers the chance to collaborate internationally, develop innovative services, and play a key role in shaping the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services across all stages of the solar PV project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical and risk assessments, including data analysis, design reviews, and energy production evaluations.
- Assist customers with procurement processes, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Perform construction progress monitoring, technical inspections, and root cause analyses.
- Develop and contribute to market studies, bankability studies, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and drive service innovation.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in the solar energy sector, ideally with consultancy or engineering firms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in renewable energy, engineering, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PVsyst, SolarFarmer, Python, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (10% domestic, 10% international).
- Other: Valid driving license.
