The Service Delivery Manager – Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals – North Africa will manage the service delivery for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals in the area. You will be responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Managing and overseeing Chemical operations to provide support and guidance to our customers in the North Africa area
· Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client’s requirements
· Maintaining existing business contracts and customer relationships to help identify new business opportunities
· Owning financial planning to understand revenues, expenses, headcount and profitability
· Managing and developing your team to ensure effective planning, share knowledge and to encourage success
· Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
· Have 15+ years of experience in oilfield chemicals distribution, service delivery, account management, or similar applicable experience
· Demonstrate business acumen and ability to ensure product delivery
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers
· Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
· Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results
