A Service Delivery Personnel and Competence Coordinator will ensure flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability.
As a Service Delivery Personnel and Competence Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability.
- Balancing resource demand across their area and the wider region.
- Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.
- Assigning crews to jobs and initiating coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization.
- Developing the training and competence strategies, creating development plans, coordinating competence assessment, and monitoring progression and training compliance.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Have 3+ years of experience in service delivery support or 5 years of experience in Artificial Lift
- Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management.
- Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
