Job Summary: As the Senior Project Coordinator – Commercial Roofing Operations, you will hold a pivotal role in our roofing projects, overseeing operations and managing projects from initiation to completion. Leveraging your leadership and technical prowess, you’ll ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage commercial roofing projects, overseeing all aspects from planning and estimation to project finalization. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, budgetary constraints, and deadlines. Lead a team of roofing professionals, including foremen and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing productivity on-site. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, closely monitoring expenses and making necessary adjustments as required. Conduct routine site inspections to uphold superior workmanship standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work closely with the sales and estimating teams to furnish precise project cost estimates and proposals. Resolve project-related challenges and disputes promptly, offering effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure all projects meet or surpass quality and safety benchmarks, including compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated experience in commercial roofing project management and operations management. Thorough understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methodologies. Strong leadership acumen and the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in problem-solving. Proficiency in project management software. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RRO, RRC, CDT).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
