The Systems & Services Analyst will be responsible for handling and overseeing various systems related processes and activities within the Supply Chain’s Projects, Systems & Services team. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, a process mindset with the ability to think outside the box and quickly grasp new concepts, while managing contending priorities. Although the Systems & Services Analyst will provide general support to the Supply Chain Product Owners in the lifecycle optimization and performance of the key Supply Chain systems, the individual will also collaborate closely with other Supply Chain teams and IT.
Job Description
Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading (or being a resource for) system related projects and initiatives
- Maintaining system process documentation, job aids and quick reference guides for internal users to ensure it remains current and relevant
- Tracking system gaps and enhancements through collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders on priorities
- Managing the monthly system release tracking and documentation process
- Performing functional testing before new system functionality and capabilities are migrated to production
- Owning and managing user access and persona requests (GEP, S4, Enverus, Jira) for Supply Chain groups in the center and providing guidance to the BU equivalents
- Coordinating and performing User Access and Persona audits (GEP, S4 Enverus) to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Control standards
- Assisting in monitoring and resolving system interface issues and concerns
- Analyzing data and metrics to provide insight on system performance and improvement opportunities
- Developing expertise in Supply Chain Systems and providing back-up to Product Owners
- Maintaining the System Stakeholder TEAMS channel and SharePoint site
- Partnering with Ancillary Systems Product Owner to share Jira Service Management and Actian process responsibilities
Basic/Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- 3 or years of experience in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Supply Chain systems and processes
- Intermediate proficiency in MS O365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams
Preferred:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, other related business discipline, other related technical discipline, or foreign equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in-order to analyze and resolve a variety of issues
- Aptitude to learn quickly and become self-sufficient
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively among competing priorities
- Responds resourcefully, flexibility and positively when faced with challenges, demands and deadlines
- Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
- Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what’s right
