As a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for testing features to ensure functionality and quality. You will collaborate with your team to ensure our testing processes are thorough and to identify improvements and enhancements. You will be able to develop your skill set quickly in a fast-moving environment.

As a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to help understand and execute approach to evaluating and prioritizing their product portfolio.

  • Accelerating digital adoption by providing training, coaching, feedback, and advice to Digital Thread teams on the Scrum Framework.

  • Participating in creating and/or improving the agenda, content, and delivery of portfolio and digital incubation workshops.

  • Identifying and coaching champions within Digital Thread in order to remove dependencies on external mentors.

  • Co-locating with the Digital Thread teams, as needed, to coach them in migrating from project based initiatives to digital product development.

  • Designing and Executing Test Strategies: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test designs.

  • Testing and Validation: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications.

  • Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

  • Documenting test results, creating detailed bug reports, and tracking issues to resolution.

  • Evaluating current QA processes and driving improvements in testing methodologies and tools.

  • Providing guidance and supporting to junior QA engineers.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a graduate in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 12+ yrs of professional experience.

  • Have 8-12 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. Have 3 yrs experience as a QA Lead.

  • Have proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java), and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
